My inspiring and highly commended 2-4 day Facilitator Training, allows you to engage deeply and personally with Conflict Transformation tools AND learn how to facilitate the process to others.

Intended for teachers, counsellors, youth workers, NGO workers, community leaders or anyone who lives/works in an environment of conflict/violence

In the training you will:

Find out what are the top myths that are currently preventing you from handling conflicts positively in your school/org/community.

Learn practical, applicable tools, activities and strategies for engaging positively with conflicts

✓ Practice these tools in a fun, supportive & safe space

✓ Develop/enhance facilitation skills to assist you in working with your group

✓ Be inspired by an array of fun, dynamic and diverse activities that you can use to engage your group in the process

✓ Learn tools which can be highly effective in transforming conflicts in your personal life as well

The trainings take place either at your organization/community or can be organized as a retreat-style workshop.

The full training is 4 days, and can be divided into two 2-day trainings if needed

Here’s what participants of the NCT Facilitator Training had to say about it:

I really enjoyed Efrat’s training! It was helpful both professionally and personally, especially projection work and not taking responsibility for other people’s feelings – I would like to do more of that. I would recommend the training to my colleagues as it is very useful to our setting and there is not a lot of training out there with the same level of relevance. Thank you Efrat!”

Jasmin Wandel, Head of Campus, Gympie Flexible Learning Centre, QLD, Australia

“I loved being part of this training. Conflict transformation, NVC and positive activism discussions were so helpful for me. I would recommend this training to all my colleagues – it is so useful and helpful in our work with young people.”

William, Teacher, Melbourne, VIC, Australia

“Efrat embodies the positive approaches to cultural transformation that she teaches. She connects the theory to real world practice with clarity, purpose and compassion for all the workshop participants.”

Ande, Teacher, Gympie QLD Australia

Efrat is an engaging facilitator. She has worked with a number of staff teams within our organization exploring Nonviolent Communication and Conflict Transformation.  These topics are particularly relevant for our complex education context working with disenfranchised young people. However, the content and processes she uses are widely applicable to a range of settings and contribute to a deeper understanding of how to mainstream nonviolence.  Efrat’s life experience of growing up and working in the conflict zone of Israel and working with Israeli and Palestinian youth gives her a  and deep understanding and immediate appreciation of the need for alternative responses to violence.  I have no hesitation in recommending Efrat as a facilitator and educator for nonviolence and conflict transformation.

Dr Ann Morgan, Staff Formation and Professional Learning Coordinator, Youth+, Edmund Rice Education Australia

“The NVC strategies and other tools will be very useful with working with young people, plus an array of other tools that will work well in personal and professional life. 2 fantastic days of learning! What I found most profound was re-establishing a connection with myself on a physical and emotional level – something I did not anticipate but am truly grateful for!”

Bec, Youth Worker, Gympie

I would highly recommend this training – it is extremely relevant and transferable to any industry. Can help with personal life conflicts also. Efrat has a calm presence when presenting and can work really well within multiple dynamics and differing personalities.”

Dan, Teacher, Brisbane, QLD Australia

“The training gave me a lot of new ideas on how to deal with conflict. Nonviolent Communication was especially useful. I enjoyed everyone sharing their experiences, and being open to new ideas. The training was profound and well worth my time – very enjoyable 2 days!”

Dave, Youth Worker, Melbourne, VIC, Australia.
